Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at zachmckee@trukas.com with your order number. Once we approve your return request, we'll provide instructions on where to ship the item.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at zachmckee@trukas.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition (worn, washed, missing tags)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing time on your bank or credit card's end may add a few additional days.
