Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $5.99 (5–8 business days) — FREE on orders over $75
Express Shipping: $14.99 (5–7 business days)

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Trukas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue:

1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mailroom
2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive
3. Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number
4. Email us at zachmckee@trukas.com if the issue persists, and we will help where we can

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Trukas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at zachmckee@trukas.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to update the address.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. To request a change or cancellation, contact us at zachmckee@trukas.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at zachmckee@trukas.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
